What's a Dimension??
So, you want some information on dimensions, dimentional thought, and that kind of stuff huh? Well, it's a hard topic to find good information on. The best way I can explain a dimension, would be a plane of existance in which you are aware of only certain things. Certain rules apply in certain dimensions. If someone was living in the 1st dimension, they would never be able to envision the things we have in our 3 dimensional world. So, it is easy to believe that in the next dimension we will be doing things only dreamed of here. I am surfing, trying to find a site that explains this better for you. I have found these two that is are not too bad so far, but I know there has GOT to be more out there. For now, you'll have to put up with my babbel.

Understanding dimensions really shed some light on a lot of things for me. Let me try to explain what I mean. Religion and science fit nicely together when you think of things in a dimensional light, and that's one thing that had ALWAYS bugged me. The fact that most of the time it seemed as though science tried to denounce God; make light of the things God had done. Scientists can explain to their hearts content, but the rules that they discover are only rules in this dimension. My understanding of God would make him the ruler of all these dimensions. And with the understanding of the next dimension comes a better manipulation of the current set of rules. I think this is part of the growth process God wants us to discover.
That is exactly why science is forever changing. We will NEVER have a complete handle on things, because we will be changing the rules with each discovery. We tune in to that next dimension and get a better understanding of how to manipulate what we consider to be the "rules" of the dimension we are currently visiting. So the rules are changed, and someone makes another discovery and it goes on and on. Until, just like an atom's electrons, we jump orbit. We move up to that next dimension. And I imagine, just like we have discovered through scientific exploration, once enough particles have "jumped orbit" the whole structure of the atom changes and it becomes a different substance. Maybe that's what happened to the Myan people? Enough of the entire group made that jump at the same time, and it pulled the whole culture into the next dimension?

I also think that dimensions do a good job in explaining the various theories of religion in the world. Maybe long ago souls traveled back to this dimension because life on earth had not evolved enough to grasp the concept of who these souls really were. As humans evolved and knowledge of our surroundings and dimensional rules grew, it became harder to believe in these souls; how they manipulated our rules we had so proudly discovered. According to our rules, they couldn't exist. So they vanished. Leaving only bits and pieces of memory in the minds of some humans, which over time evolved in to a regional fact based belief of who they were.
The geographical isolation of the time HAD to provide for different evolutionary paths of the memories these souls left behind. But most ALL of them have the same basic foundation. Love and Respect. Maybe these are the things we need to learn in order to see the next dimension?
