What about Bricks
III?
I have recently started
Bricks III - but it will take a few months to create 48 new levels.
Why is there
no Bricks II 2.8 version with the features of the 1.8 version?
The 2.8 version has
been released. Please contact me for the download info if you have qualified
for Bricks II.
How can I get
Bricks II?
You need to reach
the master level (>40000 points) of Bricks I to get Bricks II. Send in
your score file then. There are two reasons for this procedure: first,
I want to have some feedback for the statistics and secondly, Bricks II
is so difficult that beginners will become frustrated ;-)
Where can I download
the level editor?
The level editor is
only a draft yet. It will take some months to finish it.
How many points
do I get for solving a level?
You get 1000 points
minus the number of moves you needed for solving. If you need 20 moves
for level 1 you get 980 points. The perfect score of currently 46234 means
that you need a minimum of 48000 - 46234 = 1766 moves to solve all 48 levels.
When I start
Bricks the following message appears: "BGI Error: Graphics not initialized
(use InitGraph)".What does this mean?
This message means
that the program doesn't find the graphics files. Usually this happens
when you have installed the Update Version only. If you never installed
Bricks before please download this file bricks.zip.
If you already played Bricks you probably stored the Update Version in
the wrong folder. In this case you have to move the file 'bricks18.exe'
to the folder where the old version has been installed.

Why can't I hear
sound?
Well, sound is exaggeration.
The only sound is a 'ping' when you reached the end of the replay. Sound
should be extended in the next versions.
