SCARBROUGH, Mrs. Nora - 53, died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Waldo Housley, in Briceville at noon Saturday after a brief illness. Survivors, 2 daughters, Mrs. Housley and Mrs. Miles Bryant, of Lake City, Rt. 2; 2 sons, Jack, U.S. Marine Corps, and Francis, of Briceville: 1 step-son, of Hi-hat, Ky.: 2 brothers, John Allen, Detroit, Mich., and Jim Allen, Briceville; 5 sisters, Mrs. Goldie Jeffries, of Greenup, Ill.: Mrs. Minnie Lunsford, Everetts, KY.; Mrs. Bessie Miller, Mrs. Mamie Adkins and Miss Ethel Allen, Briceville; 2 grandchildren, Wade Bryant and Ellen Housley. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the First Baptist Church in Briceville, with Rev. Enos Herrin officiating. Burial in Bethel Cemetery. Martin of Lake City in charge.
