Howard Victor Shultz, 74, of Clinton, died Saturday, May 4, 1996, in Methodist Medical Center of Oak Ridge.

Mr. Shultz was a member of Second Baptist Church, Clinton. He was preceded in death by his parents, Clifford and Clara Overton Shultz.

Survivors are his wife, Mildred Melton Shultz of Clinton; daughters and son-in-law, Brenda and Sam Shrader of New Market, Deborah Shultz of Knoxville; sons and daughter- in-law, Michael H. and Sally Shultz of Clinton and Don Shultz of Berea, Ky.; grandchildren, Stephen Shrader of Clarksville and Amy and Joe Shrader of New Market; and sister, Margaret Cox of Norris>

Family received friends 7-8:30 p.m. Monday, May 6, in Holley Gamble Funeral Home chapel, Clinton.

Funeral services were conducted 8:30 p.m. Monday, May 6, in Holley Gamble Funeral Home chapel with the Rev. Gary Swaggerty officiating.

Graveside services were conducted 1 p.m. Tuesday, May 6, in Taylor Chapel Cemetery, Clinton.
