Jim Lindsay (1929-2009)

Our friend, mentor and guide has left us and "GONE HOME". Jim has been part of our lives for the last 25 years and for some 50 years. Camp staff, Cub leader, Scout Leader, Rover crew member, asst Commissionner, chairman of group committee, member of the 57th since 1999, Jim has done it all. Volunteer at Tamaracouta with his Crew member until a few years ago.

We will miss you Jim, specialy the chats we use to have 3-4 times a weeks.

Stuart Brown (1923-2008)

Stu has gone home peacefuly on December 25th in his 85th year. Stu has given his life to the scout Mouvement. He had just received his 50 year pin in 2004. We will miss him.

Jacqueline Laurin Lindsay

The wife of Member Jim Lindsay has gone home. A great suporter of Jim and the Guild. She will surely be missed.

Our friend Gerry Franche passed away on April 22nd 2008 at the age of 62. A long time scouter with David Thompson District and first mate to Ron Zemancik. A great supporter of Tamaracouta, he will be missed by all his friends.

Robert "Bob" Austin has gone home. Bob joined the Boy Scouts as a committee member in the early 70's and made his way to Scout Master of the Arrowhead Scout troop of Mary Gardner in Chateauguay, Qc. A good friend that has left us with many great memories. Have a great camp in heaven Bob.

John William Hreno has Gone Home. John was a Cub Leader with the Mary Gardner Scout Group in the Chateauguay District. Our deepest sympathy to John's family and friends. Our prayers are with you John. Have a great time in Heaven's Cub Pack.


It is with great regret that we have learned of the passing Orville O'Brien. Orvile was the secretary of the Canadian Fellowship of the B-P Guilds Our prayers are with Orvile, his family and friends.
