Here is a collection of Fruits Basket wallpapers that I've made. Feel free to use them on your desktop. I've altered all of the images in the wallpapers below. As I worked *really* hard on these, PLEASE DO NOT TAKE THE IMAGES IN MY WALLPAPERS and use them on your own site! DO NOT USE THEM AS LAYOUTS! I will upload the *original* images used in these wallpapers at some point for you to download. Also, please do not archive my wallpapers on your site. These took a LONG time to make, so please don't steal them. Thanks!

All wallpapers are 800x600 because that's the size of my monitor. If you would like me to make a larger version, please let me know. To download a wallpaper, click on an image and then right click save or Set as Wallpaper.

Akito v.1 This is the first version of the Akito wallpaper. And as you can see, it's pretty dark and plain. I made it that way on purpose because I think it reflects Akito's personality. He's a really messed-up guy...

Akito v.1 green This is the "improved" version on the first Akito wallpaper. I added some extra stuff to it and so it's not as "dark" as the first one...

Akito v.1 red Akito, again. This time, the background is reddish. OK, me thinks it's time to move on to a NEW project.

Fuyuu Yay! A non-Akito wallpaper!!! This was really a lot of fun to make. The source image for this wallpaper is in the images section, but as you can see, in that pix Tooru is missing her left hand and her dress is different. The snowflakes are a recent discovery I made while messing around with Photoshop one day. Anywho, I hope you guys like it. This wallpaper, btw, is dedicated to the nice people that took the time out to sign my guestbook. I really appreciated it you guys ^_^ !

Umai Umai is japanese slang for yummy or delicious. This is basically the wallpaper version of my Multimedia banner. There are actually two super-deformed pix of Tooru - one where she's with mouse-form Yuki and another where she's with Kyou. I used the one with Yuki and copied Kyou off the other one. The chocolate, candy, cookies and teacup were added from other pictures. I just recently discovered Photoshop brushes so I went kinda crazy and used a ton of them. I think it turned out ok though ^_^

Renai Renai (or love) is my little tribute to Hatori-sama. After rewatching the furuba episode with him and Kana, I was inspired to make this wallpaper. It's of Hatori remembering the day when Kana left him after the "incident" with Akito. In the manga and anime, Kana asks Hatori what he thinks happens when snow melts. Hatori replies that it turns into water, but Kana tells him that it means that spring is almost here ^_^. So, in this wallpaper, I added some snowflakes, sakura petals to symbolize the coming of spring, and I went crazy with the brushes again. The wallpaper itself is rather bittersweet, but I think it's fitting...

The Three Musketeers! This is my little tribute to the uber-cool Mabudachi trio (aka the Three Musketeers): Ayame, Hatori and Shigure! The image is from the 2002 Hana to Yume calendar and if you've seen it before, you'll notice that I added Aya's right leg as well as the rest of the bento(?) box. I wanted to use an image that perfectly captured the wonderful friendship that these three childhood buddies have, and I think I found it ^_^. The brushes used in this wallpaper were from the terrific site,Fiesty Brushes. My favorite aspects about this wallpaper are the cigarette smoke (they were hard to make ^^;), the boxes and the samurai and the ken kanji at the bottom.

Kisa (cloudy version) I decided to make a wallpaper that features Kisa this time because I don't think there are enough out there dedicated to this cute little kid ^_^! About the wallpaper itself...I have absolutely no idea why Kisa and the tiger would be so interested in an ikebana display, but oh well, I guess it works. In this wallpaper, I altered Kisa's dress from the cute, black, lolita getup she had on before to a plainer green dress (You can view the original image in the "Images" section). This wallpaper, btw, is dedicated to the person who keeps typing in "kisa furuba" in google and yahoo. Whoever you are, this wallpaper is for you and all the other Kisa fans out there! I hope you guys like it!

Kisa (blue-green version) Just like my Akito wallpapers, I used the same image again >_< ; I thought that the first version of this wallpaper might be a bit too...white, so I decided to make a more colorful version!

Stalking I also couldn't resist making a couple of Rin wallpapers too. If you've seen the original pix that I used to make these wallpapers, you'll notice that I *really* altered her clothes. Sorry, but what she was wearing before was hella skanky IMHO and I didn't want the wallpapers to be total fanservice ^^; I transformed her hot pants to a nice, repectable skirt ^_~ and the lace up top she was wearing got toned down. As you can see, Rin is in a forest...looking for Shigure's house so she can stalk him! lol. Yes, seriously, she is. I thought it'd be a cute idea for a wallpaper since Rin always seems to be hiding in the shadows...

The Cross This wallpaper was created as a result of me messing around in Photoshop after making the other Rin wallpaper. I was just transforming layers, using different filters, etc, when I stumbled upon the white, wing-like effect you see behind Rin. They kinda sorta look like wings right? So I went with it and added the cross to her skirt for a more "gothic feel." ^_~ I'm calling it "The Cross" because adding the cross to Rin's skirt and making it look natural was the hardest part of creating this wallpaper.
