St Ferdinand Grammar School

Bonnie graduated St Ferdinand Grammar School in 1975.

While attending the school Bonnie was active on the student council and as a cheerleader.

In year 8 Bonnie was honored with being the May Queen, the girl to place the crown on the Virgin Mary for May Crowning. (During the first week of May her school held a celebration for the Virgin Mary) Her sister Mary was also May Queen.

In year 8 Bonnie's teachers were Mr Kenny, Mrs Schiller and Sister Carmalina. Her home room teacher was Sister Carmalina. Their classes were Math, English, Social Studies, History, Art, Gym, Reading and Religion. (Mrs Schiller would have her classes set up with boys on one side and girls on the other and apparently the kids would have rubber band fights when she wasn't looking!)
