(3/4/02) ... After what has been a long dry season the
"Dragon Observer" is proud to announce that the Dragon Gallery (formerly the WYD Gallery) is now up and back online! Fans of the Gallery will notice a more streamlined look with less clutter between them and what are arguably the HOTTEST Pix of Da Man in all of Rickdom! 

As always it is advised that prior to visiting the Gallery, Divas insure that they have a fresh supply of Drool towels and, of course,  plenty of cool liquids to cool down. BTW ... we believe the word your going to be searching for is ... "Yowsa"!

"Poetry Night" broke out Sunday in the Chatroom with Sweetie, Wolfi, Jam, and even Chris sharing some of  their Rick Rhymes! Everyone got into the act making us grateful that none of the Divas were from Nantuckett!

New Release of Rick Springfield Book cause for alarm among Postal Workers!
(3/2/02) ... With the release of "Rick Springfield, A Lifetime in Music", alerts have been issued throughout Post Offices nationwide! Remembering the previous "Lmtd Edition CD" episode coupled with the recent , "Calendar" incident have led some Postal Workers to fear for their lives as Divas hold vigil over their Mail Boxes! An anonymous source with the USPS was quoted as saying, "What if .. what if they are late going out ... or maybe my MailTruck gets a flat en route? I mean .. I got a family to think about! These Divas mean business! I'm afraid, okay? I admit it!"

Editorial Decision

After much soul searching the Editor of the "DO" has decided to begin including some fan pix from EFX on a Lmtd Basis. While we know this has, until now,  been discouraged, we also acknowledge that unauthorized pix are being openly displayed backstage @ EFX in full view of MGM Officials, thus implying consent for their use. To exclude them at this point would be silly. As a concession, EFX Pix will only be used for Comedy/Satire Purposes.

Ronnie Grinel laments over his name becoming a surrogate curse word. He was recently quoted as saying, "This Scooby Doo Doo is Buckying messed up, Man!" Scooby was unavailable for comment. (2/28)

Rick's intense fear of buttons seems to be worsening as evidenced by his ever increasing tendency to leave his shirts open or removing them altogether in concert. While we don't exactly understand it we, here at the "Dragon Observer", wholeheartedly endorse it and only wish that as a child he had been frightened by zippers too! (2/28)
