The filler is from the Guitar Legends concert in '91. The acoustic songs here are quite good. There are two songs (Boots Of Spanish Leather and Across The Borderline) on disc 2 track 8 (Boots Of Spanish Leather does flow into Across The Borderline, so this kind of makes sense). The soundboard mixing is terrible at the very start of Boots Of Spanish Leather (Richard Thompson's guitar is louder than Bob). There is also mic feedback at the VERY end of Answer Me (in the last few notes).

The opening New Morning is terrible. Ballad Of A Thin Man's a bit better, but not a whole lot. Wiggle Wiggle is supposed to follow Gotta Serve Somebody, but it's obviously not there. Nor is Rainy Day Women which is supposed to be after Knockin' On Heaven's Door, or I Shall Be Released which is supposed to be after One More Cup Of Coffee, or Highway 61 Revisited which should be after Blowin' In The Wind. The performance isn't very good, but there are a few spots that are alright.
1. New Morning (Bob on harp)
2. Ballad Of A Thin Man (Bob on harp)
3. All Along The Watchtower
4. Shelter From The Storm (Bob on harp)
5. Gotta Serve Somebody (Bob on electric piano) (Bob on harp) - gap at end
6. It's All Over Now, Baby Blue (acoustic) (Bob on harp) - odd noise at 3:53
7. Gates Of Eden (acoustic) - Bob's vocals move further back in the mixing starting at 1:26
8. Don't Think Twice, It's All Right (acoustic) (Bob on harp)
9. Girl From The North Country (acoustic) (Bob on harp) - gap at end
10. Knockin' On Heaven's Door (Bob on electric piano) - gap at end
11. Just Like A Woman
12. Shooting Star (Bob on electric piano)
13. One More Cup Of Coffee - small gap at end
14. Like A Rolling Stone

15. Blowin' In The Wind (acoustic) (Bob on harp)

The sound is a bit muffled. This is a pretty terrible concert. Bob can't remember the song lyrics. He mumbles a lot, sometimes sings out of tune, and is overall off this night. The New Morning here is one of the worst versions of a Dylan song I've ever heard. However, the acoustic set's a bit better than 'terrible'. Barbara Allen is pretty good (only a few lines aren't sung right). Bob Dylan's Dream is ok, as are the other acoustic songs. They aren't enough, however, to raise the letter grade rating.
Disc 1:
1. New Morning (Bob on harp)
2. Lay, Lady, Lay (Bob on harp)
3. All Along The Watchtower
4. Shelter From The Storm (Bob on harp)
5. Gotta Serve Somebody
6. Wiggle Wiggle
7. Man Gave Names To All The Animals
8. I'll Be Your Baby Tonight (Bob on harp)
9. Barbara Allen (acoustic: Bob with John Jackson) - written by unknown (traditional)
10. Bob Dylan's Dream (acoustic) (Bob on harp)
Disc 2:
1. Don't Think Twice, It's All Right (acoustic) (Bob on harp)
2. Gates Of Eden (acoustic)
3. Man In The Long Black Coat (Bob on harp)

5. Lenny Bruce (Bob on harp)
6. Leopard-Skin Pill-Box Hat
7. Knockin' On Heaven's Door

8. Highway 61 Revisited (Bob on harp)

The sound is terrible for New Morning, but that's not a big loss because the song isn't performed very well anyway. What Good Am I?, Pancho And Lefty, and Man In The Long Black Coat are all ok, but not great. Trail Of The Buffalo, which I had heard previously, was one of the reasons why I wanted this show - I think it's great! Another interesting song is 20/20 Vision. This is the live debut of it, and maybe the only time Bob's ever sung it. These two songs (Trail Of The Buffalo and 20/20 Vision) can also be heard on a bootleg I have called 20/20 Vision. There are some occasions (and not all are mentioned below) in which the sound volume changes and becomes louder or quieter. Actually, the sound for this show is far from great. This is recommended only for completists.
Disc 1:
1. New Morning - sound changes drastically at 0:56 - gets quieter at 2:51 and keeps getting quieter - gap at 2:55
2. Lay, Lady, Lay (Bob on harp) - volume gets louder after midway through song - glitch(?) at 3:51
3. All Along The Watchtower
4. What Good Am I? (Bob on harp)
5. Pancho And Lefty - written by Townes Van Zandt
6. Gotta Serve Somebody (Bob on harp)
7. Simple Twist Of Fate (Bob on harp) - tapping noise (mic bumping into something?) for first third of song
8. I'll Be Your Baby Tonight
9. Trail Of The Buffalo (acoustic: Bob with John Jackson) - written by unknown (traditional - arranged by Woody Guthrie)
Disc 2:
1. It's All Over Now, Baby Blue (acoustic) - track fades-out at 2:38 before song is complete
2. 20/20 Vision (acoustic) (Bob on harp) (live debut of this song) - written by Milton Estes and Joe Allison - volume gets quieter during track
3. Mr. Tambourine Man (acoustic) (Bob on harp) (Jimmy Dale on acoustic guitar)
4. Everything Is Broken (Charlie Sexton on electric guitar)
5. I'll Remember You
6. Friend Of The Devil - song written by Jerry Garcia, Robert Hunter, and John Dawson
7. Maggie's Farm (Jimmy Dale on electric guitar)
encore:
8. Man In The Long Black Coat (Bob on harp) - gap at end
9. Ballad Of A Thin Man (Bob on harp) - volume gets louder at 1:08
10/30/91 Tulsa, Oklahoma ("Answer Me") : B+ (B+/B+)
Dylan sounds very rough, and so this concert is for certain tastes only. There is a high-pitched sound throughout the bootleg caused, most likely, from the soundboard. The beginning of New Morning is clipped, Ballad Of A Thin Man fades out during the harmonica solo at the end, and Mr. Tambourine Man has a gap of silence from 4:05-4:08 into the track and when the sound comes back it has (maybe) cut out a half-verse, chorus, verse, and another chorus. Although some of these songs aren't very well done, the highlights shine through very powerfully (they are very good): Early Morning Rain, Trail Of The Buffalo (though I have heard much better versions of this song elsewhere), Answer Me, and Every Grain Of Sand.
Disc 1:
1. New Morning - mic feedback at end - start is clipped causing track 1 to be only 2:06 (this is on original)
2. Lay, Lady, Lay (Bob on harp)
3. All Along The Watchtower
4. Early Morning Rain - written by Gordon Lightfoot
5. I'll Remember You (Bob on harp)
6. Gotta Serve Somebody
7. Simple Twist Of Fate (Bob on harp)
8. I'll Be Your Baby Tonight
9. Trail Of The Buffalo (acoustic: Bob with John Jackson) - written by unknown (traditional - arranged by Woody Guthrie)
10. Mr. Tambourine Man (acoustic) (Bob on harp) - from 4:05-4:08 into the track there's silence and when the sound comes back it skipped lots (see above) (this is on original)
11. Answer Me (acoustic) - written by Gerhard Winkler, Fred Rauch, and Carl Sigman
12. It Ain't Me, Babe (acoustic) (Bob on harp)
Disc 2:
1. Every Grain Of Sand (Steve Ripley on guitar) (Bob on harp)
2. Everything Is Broken (Steve Ripley on guitar)
3. Man In The Long Black Coat (Steve Ripley on guitar) (Bob on harp)
4. Maggie's Farm (Steve Ripley on guitar)

5. What Good Am I? (Bob on harp)
6. Ballad Of A Thin Man (Steve Ripley on guitar) (Bob on harp) - fades-out during harmonica solo at end

7. All Along The Watchtower
8. Boots Of Spanish Leather (acoustic) - soundboard mixing is terrible at start
Across The Borderline (acoustic) (Bob on harp) - written by Ry Cooder, John Hiatt, and Jim Dickinson
9. Answer Me (acoustic) (Bob on harp) - written by Gerhard Winkler, Fred Rauch, and Carl Sigman - mic feedback at very end
10. Shake, Rattle And Roll (sung with Keith Richards) - written by C. Calhoun
- Tracks 7-10 are from Guitar Legends: 10///17/91 Seville, Spain
10/31/91 Wichita, Kansas : B (B/B)
There are several rare songs here (most of them are covers): You Don't Know Me, Willing (this is the only time it was done in '91), Golden Vanity, Answer Me, and Visions Of Johanna. They're all fairly good, but not awesome. I love the harmonica start to All Along The Watchtower. A lot of this show is just mediocre (if even), but I really love Shooting Star: a harmonica at the very start, then so many instrumental bars that you wonder if Bob's left the stage or something, and then he gives a great delivery. This isn't a version for everyone though.
Disc 1:
1. New Morning - small skip at very start
2. You Don't Know Me - written by Eddy Arnold and Cindy Walker
3. All Along The Watchtower (Bob on harp)
4. Willing (Bob on harp) - written by Lowell George
5. You're A Big Girl Now (Bob on harp)
6. Gotta Serve Somebody
7. When I Paint My Masterpiece
8. Watching The River Flow
9. Golden Vanity (acoustic: Bob with John Jackson) - written by unknown (traditional)
Disc 2:
1. Girl From The North Country (acoustic) (Bob on harp) - quick series of dropouts from 3:37-3:38 - sound moves to right speaker and back at 5:20
2. Answer Me (acoustic) - written by Gerhard Winkler, Fred Rauch, and Carl Sigman
3. Visions Of Johanna (acoustic)
4. Lenny Bruce - sound shifts to left speaker from 0:51-0:56
5. Everything Is Broken
6. Shooting Star (Bob on harp) - sound shifts to right speaker from 2:27-2:28
7. Ballad Of A Thin Man (Bob on harp) - very small dropout at 3:06 - short gap at 7:55
encore:
8. What Good Am I? (Bob on harp) - gap for first 5 seconds (before music starts)
9. I'll Be Your Baby Tonight
11/04/91 Evanston, Illinois ("Live In Evanston '91") : B (B-/B+)
Unfortunately, there are very small gaps between each track. At least two funny things happen at this show. For the first, Bob starts singing Watching The River Flow instead of I'll Be Your Baby Tonight, even though he'd already sung Watching The River Flow! Secondly, before All Along The Watchtower Bob says, "Anybody here ever heard of a group called U2?...They recorded this song, but they recorded it with the wrong words. Anyways, here's the correct words." Unfortunately, this bootleg isn't nearly complete: it's missing two songs after Gotta Serve Somebody, four after Golden Vanity, and one after I'll Remember You. Some call this show the best show from '91. I don't think that the bootleg's complete enough to know whether or not that's true, and I don't think it's all that good anyway...
1. Man In The Long Black Coat
2. Watching The River Flow
