Very little is known about Lady Tokimi. What is known is that she is one of three goddesses. Tokimi being the dark side, Washu being the grey side, and Tsunami being good side.

It is believed that Lady Tokimi had Washu’s powers removed and after 20,000 years wants to find Washu again. She has ordered Dr. Clay and Zero to find Washu and bring her back to her. Their inability to find her was because she was held prisoner in another dimension of Kagato’s ship, Soja.

Lady Tokimi wants to have Washu captured and brought to her in her high order dimension. All of her servants fail in this task but to find something of worth. They have found a boy other than Tenchi that is able to form the lighthawk wings.
