Kiyone has no part in the OVA, except a short appearance in the Mihoshi Special. Her short role in that one episode did, however win her a part in both Tenchi Universe and Tenchi in Tokyo.

Unfortunately, Kiyone is Mihoshi’s partner. Kiyone is one of the best Galaxy Police officers but can’t advance farther than First Class Detective because of Mihoshi’s unpredictable, spastic maneuvers.

Kiyone is sent to search for Mihoshi after the spaz is stranded on earth without a way home. With all the talk of hers about vowing to kill Mihoshi, Kiyone never does.
