Anka (as in "Anchor") is a new addition to our show team, and brings another new person into the world of showing dogs, our new friend Theresa. Anka lives with Theresa in Warnambool, a pretty city on the coast in western Victoria. Warnambool has a Portuguese background, with significant historical evidence that the Portugese were the first Europeans along that part of the coast 400 years ago.
Anka will live and be trained by Theresa, and be shown by Linda Malseed, who owns Anka's father, the very beautiful Eddie. Anka is a wavy girl, and similar in type to her dad.
She has a beautiful temperament, best described as "Type 3", and was born as one of the larger girls, one of 10 in the litter. These pictures of Anka here was taken when she was 5 months of age. She gets to sleep on Theresa's bed, and is well looked after by the 5 year old Cody who is as pleased as punch to have a dog finally that he can play with!
We look forward to her entering the show ring in the new few weeks.
