Bluegrace PWD's

at the Adelaide Royal Show, 2002

The Adelaide Royal Show hosts the biggest dog show of the year in South Australia. Portuguese Water Dogs made their first appearance at the show this year (alongside several other rare breeds), with 4 of the Bluegrace pwd's attending.

The dog show facilities at the Adelaide Royal are fabulous - the best of any in Australia.

The judge was the internationally recognised Virginia Lynne from Canada.

The boxes were big enough to put two dogs, and a person.

When not showing, we all wore the "No, it's not a poodle shirt!"

This is Jed making friends with just one of the thousands of children that said hello to him.

Ever the fashion man, he's sporting the Portuguese flag around his neck.

Who could this be lolling about on the chair, except our dear Tuxedo. Not a man to hit you with his class immediately, Tux does enjoy relaxing. Winners are grinners? Well winners are sleeping, trying to get recover from the ongoings of a big show!

BOB - Bluegrace Bottoms Up

And Best of Breed goes to Fancy (Bluegrace Bottoms Up) who also got the last of her points at this show needed to get her Australian Championship!

We'd like to remind all people that our dogs are raised exclusively on a raw natural diet. This means no commercial dog food. Ever! That's how we maintain the optimum health and condition of our dogs, both show and pet.

Email us for information on pups we now have available for both show and pet homes.

Please note: We are in Australia.
