Vidoll formed in the year 2002 March under Matina and since the closing down of Matina, they have moved to the label Under Code produced by Kisaki.

Ayano left Vidoll since 01 SEPT 2003 due to music differences; HIDE, ex-member from Vanilla has taken over Ayano's position as the guitarist. Ayano is currently in the new band Gimmick.

Yukine & Hide had left Vidoll on 26th June 2005 and replaced by Giru(ex-Lilith) & Shun(ex-Gossip & CalorZe) on 13th July 2005.
