Schwarz Stein formed in the year 2002 July. This band was previously known as Rudolf Steiner, which was formed in the year 2001 July and had once stopped their activities in April 2002.

Due to the music differences, Schwarz Stein will disband on 29th Mar after the last live at Shibuya AX.
