Chelsea formed in the year 2003 July by Hina,Erina(both are ex-Sarii) and Rei (ex-Gill'e Cadith). Yao joined in 2004 June while Jin joined in 2004 October. 

They had once stopped their activities in year 2004 June but now have it resumed in February 2005.

They will be disbanded on 29th Sept after the last live.
