Greetings-

On behalf of the people of the State of Colorado, I hereby demand that a lawsuit and charges be brought against Governor Bill Owens and certain members of the Colorado State legistlature for willfully, maliciously and deliberately violating the 2nd Amendment of the U.S. Constitution, which guarantees the right of the people to keep and bear arms. This is the SUPREME Law of the Land, until deemed otherwise. I demand their IMMEDIATE impeachment, that they be fined, prosecuted, jailed and/or executed for their CRIME of treason.

History of the Prophet's Persecution:

On 01.04.2000, the State of Colorado charged me with a felony and sentenced me to 3 years probation/jail for standing up strongly for the 2nd amendment of the US Constitution and the right to keep and bear arms. The right to defend oneself against TYRANNY in government is an INALIENABLE right. In the Holy Koran you are given the right to defend yourself and to kill as a last resort-when you life is directly threatened. This is what i was, and am trying to uphold
On 08.17.01 the State of Arizona arrested me for a "probation violation" on a out of state arrest warrant and held me for 1 month in jail. The State of Colorado then proceeded to "extradite" me back to Colorado where i served another 60 days in jail. They released me on probation November 20th, 2001. I was sentenced to 2 years probation simply for exercising my right to write my opinion to a public official, and for trying to uplhold the 2nd amendment of the U.S Constitution.
On 03.01.02 the State of Colorado allegedly "dropped" its case against me and terminated my probation. I still lost over $15,000 worth of material and financial possessions that have YET to be re-imbursed to me. As well, the Governor of Colorado has YET to be held accountable for his CRIME of Treason for willfully and deliberately attempting to overthrow the 2nd Amendment of the US Constitution.
On August 20th, 2002, Boulder and Nederland Police arrested me at my truck in Nederland and cited me with 6 misdemeanors. They then proceeded to take me to Boulder County Jail. There I spend approximately 1 month. I was then moved to the Fort Logan Mental Health Facility in Denver where i was proclaimed "mentally ill" and FORCIBLY given medications. I spend 4 months in this facility. I was then transferred back the Boulder County Jail where i spent another 3 months. I took my misdemeanor charges to a jury trial where i WON my case- in lieu of the fact that defense documents were illegally interecepted and censored from being introduced into my case. I was similiarily censored, both in written and in oral form, from being able to challenge those who were persecuting me. I was then released from Boulder County Jail and taken to Denver County Jail on a so-called "probation violation"- where i spend another 10 days- until finially released to continue in unsupervised probation for another 6 months. All told i spend 8 months incarcerated for crimes i did not commit. As well, i lost my home and all my worldly possessions.
From 1985 to the day I was FORCED out of Nederland, Colorado by the Colorado Military Right-Wing Ultra-Fascist Nazi Police State (2003), a very sophisticated "Mail Interception" operation was waged against me- targeting both my incoming and outgoing postal/letter mail. Most, if not all, of my mail was intercepted by the Denver Mail Processing Facility in Denver, Colorado in collusion with Denver, Boulder and Nederland post office personnel. Most of my e-mail was monitored and intercepted both at the University of Colorado and at the public libraries during that time.
During these false arrests and persecution of my person and my reputation by these fascist Nazi police state vermin, my family was also targeted in California. The FBI (Federal Bureau of Infidels) interrogated my Father and relatives both at work and at home, illegally entering their houses and personal/business computers without a search warrant. Due to the subsequent level of fear, paranoia and unfounded/tacit persecution threats being promulgated by the state in years following, i was subsequently "banned" and as a family member, by my family, and no longer have relations with them. All of this due to the police state persecution waged against me since i was first attacked and arrested by these right-wing/military/red-neck/mafia SCUM back in sept 1999.
