I have done a total of 117 surveys. There were a total of five questions. For the first and second questions there were a total of five options. The five options were: strongly agree, agree, strongly disagree, mildly agree, and mildly disagree. Question one was: You’re in a battle; you have a cast on your arm, you see your buddies coming in wounded; you cut off your cast on your cast to go into battle. For this question most people chose agree. Question two was: we went into battle in October 3, 1993, to get a warlord. The mission was supposed to take an hour, but it turned into quite a few hours, and a lot of people on both sides died. Do you feel we did the right thing? Most people chose agree. For question three the question was: the helicopter that was supposed to rescue you has been reassigned to a smaller mission. How do you feel about this? The options were: angry, scared, disappointed, understanding, after all you are in the military, and other. Most of the people chose angry. The question for four was: how would you feel if you had to deliver news of the death of a loved one? The options were upset; I don’t think I could do it, pretty bad, angry, honored, I would feel horrible. Most of the people chose upset. The last question was: in wartime what would be some inspiring words you would tell your buddies as you’re going out to battle? The options were: do the best you can do, good luck hope to see you soon, this is what you were trained to do, make our country proud, god is with you, and stay alert, come back alive. For this question most people chose, god is with you. | |||||||||||||||||||||
