Bai Hu and Mirror stared hard at each other. This pity rivalry between them had to stop. Their feelings for each other counter-attacked their spite. The love was there; it just didn't always show. Bai Hu paused, his face expressionless for a moment, then, his mouth curled into a small, friendly smile. This seemed to unbalance Mirror; she wasn't used to this sort of thing. It was most unexpected. Mirror forced a quick smile. She lazily raised an arm and touched a hand to the upper limb of his arm. He shivered with the tingle of her gentle touch. Then, squeezing her thumb and forefinger together, she wedged a tiny bit of skin between them and pinched him. Bai Hu leapt back in alarm, quite in shock of the white pain in his arm. He rubbed it, while frowning and pouting, 'What was that for?' he asked in a whiny sort of tone. He felt his face coloring when Mirror tucked her arms behind her back and gave him an angelic smile that would bring envy to even Aphrodite, the goddess of love. 'It's just...you look so cute when you scowl...and when you look serious.' With saying this, she took a step forward and lightly brushed her lips against his. Bai Hu's lips slipped away from his as he withdrew his head and stared into her light violet eyes. Now she smiled at him warmly, affectionately. There was no sign of spite in her eyes, nor the feeling of rejection in her smile. '...Really?' he said curiously, and a little seductively. Now she blushed. '...Mirror...' he whispered, smirking. 'Come here...' Mirror stepped forward again. Bai Hu placed one arm around her neck and ran the other through her long, chestnut-colored locks. 'My Tomboy...' he whispered again, planting a tingling kiss on the side of her jaw.
