| My Bio: Hello there! Name here is Brian and I live in Pipe Creek, Tx., in the Texas Hill Country. The purpose of this webpage is to share a few of my interests, as well as pictures and knowledge about automobiles. Being a mechanic, I am fairly knowledgable about some of the vehicles on the road today. I visit MazdaForum.com often, where I serve as moderator, to see if I can assist people with automotive questions, and to stay updated on automotive news. I live by myself in Pipe Creek and wouldn't have it any other way. I enjoy the peace and serenity of it. I have two K9 friends who are more than happy to keep me company. [B.B. and Buddy] I was first licensed as an Amateur Operator in 1992 as KB5SRI, which I allowed to expire in 2002. The urge to return to ham radio was too strong, so I retested and obtained the Tech call KE5FHF in July of 2005. I quickly upgraded to General, then on up to Extra. I personally found Morse Code fairly easy to learn. I also felt the urge to grab a vanity call along the way. So, I applied for and received the call K5BRK. I am an Extra Class ARRL Volunteer Examiner . |
