All orders will be shipped promptly as supplies permit. Please allow six weeks for delievery. If for any reason shipment can not be made in that time a full refund will be made. Graham East, his agents or representatives, can not be responsible for live specimens lost, damaged, injured or killed during shipment as due to improper handling, irradiation or other causes whatsoever. If you require special shipment or permit by customs authorities it is your responsibility to obtain the necessary permits, licenses or make whatever other arrangements are required to receive live specimens. No guarantee is made as to the purity of specimens or the contents of the substrate which may also contain yeast, micro organisms or other unknown organism, given Collembola is a naturally occurring soil organism and must be grown in a soil based substrate. All specimens sent are considered the original property and an owned genetic strain of Graham East and the GEO Project and may not be reproduced, reared, altered or genetically engineered for commercial or other purposes whatsoever without written permission and prior agreement to make fair compensation. This includes both Anurida granaria, (Nicolet, 1847) and any assoicated bioluminescent organism, known or unknown, which may be present.
