I am a fourth year teacher for Hardin County Schools. This is the beginning of my third year at Lynnvale where I will be working as the Title I teacher. This year, my primary goal is to work with students in the areas of reading and writing.
I attended WKU for my undergraduate work and received my Bachelors Degree in Elementary Education with an emphasis on English grammar and composition. I truly enjoyed my college experience and continue to do so. Currently, I am pursuing a Masters Degree in Counseling from WKU. I hope to be finished within the next two years.
On a more personal note, I grew up in Big Clifty, a little town just west of White Mills. The most intriguing event of my career so far has been the opportunity to work at my Alma Matter--Lynnvale. I've enjoyed getting to work with the teachers and administrators who were once my teachers.
I hope to hear from you if you have any questions or concerns about the upcoming year. Again this year, I will be coordinating ESS and Title I services for Lynnvale.
Once again, please feel free to contact me here at the school at 369-7848 or
email me with any questions or concerns.
