Welcome to the website of Panamao Development Initiatives (PDI), Inc., a
non-government organization (NGO) duly registered with the
Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) of the Philippines and based in Naval, Biliran
Province.
PDI envisions a Province of Biliran whose people, rooted in its history and culture, are
critical, active and enjoying a better quality of life that does not prejudice the needs of future
generations. As a locally-initiated NGO, PDI is committed to build empowered
communities towards improving the quality of life of the Biliranons.
