| News This Month: 08.04.04 Easter Hols at last woohoo - although not much of a bloody hol working full time at work, although i'm looking forward to the bulging wage packet at the end of the month. Not much news, game is finished Alien Invasion + Multiplayer complete, work started on game to be created over summer, will have details and a website on it soon so watch out for that. Hopefully will see most of u on Monday at lloyds and some at sleepover on wed, bought matrix revolutions plus another million dvds so best start watching them in cinema room, c u all soon, have fun, byeeeeeeeeeeeee Hello everyone - we're on week 4 of the second semester, only another 8 weeks left and one of them is a reading week. At hudds we get 3 weeks off at easter but i only have two exams after easter so only have to go back in twice, so from end of march thats it until next sept, 6 months off! woohoo. Degree is going really well although can't say for sure as i havn't got any results back, but game is 90% complete www.alien-invasion-ai.cjb.com. Will see you all when uni finishes after easter, i'm sure you'll find me in Sainsbury's as i'll be working almost full time lol. First week at Uni - loads of queueing and filling out forms, but a good start, won first prize in freshers project with a guy called Dan - £10 gift voucher for books! Got my timetable - 13 hours a week. Computer Games Studio sounds really fun - 3D environments, camera systems/positions, lighting effects, collision detection, movement animation, terrain, backgrounds, modelling physics - mass, time, position, velocity, acceleration, force, gravity, friction and restitution. Also signed up with a Multiplayer gaming society and JuJitsu and Kung Fu which take place on different evenings. Met loads of new people - and guess what - they all like playing computer games - of course! lol Just got another pay rise at Sainsbury's!!!. just bought DarkBASIC - programming software to make games - £50! but means i can do it at home lol |
