IT'S ALL ABOUT ME
Hello, I'm Tommy.  I'm a 21 year-old music major at the University of Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music.  There, I take classes on how to act better than everyone else.  However, I am the black sheep.  I'm a percussionist which means I like to hit things.

I was born and raised in the little hole in the world town of Wadsworth, Ohio.  For you people who don't own a globe, Wadsworth is about 10 minutes west of Akron and 40 minutes south of Cleveland.

I went to school for a short period at Morehead State University in the great state of Kentucky.  In the interest of having something to do, I moved to the land of Pigs where I live now.  Every moring I wake up and smell the fumes of the Jim Beam factory, see the trash on the streets, fight off the pan handlers and wonder why the hell I am here.

My interest...hmmm.  I like music (obviously), theatre, politics (I'm a Libertarian so back off you socialists),  movies, coffee, good converstaion and COFFEE.  I also like to bake... I'm sure there are other things but I can't remember so they must not be of great social and political import.

My musical taste is somewhat varied. I love classical music... mostly the romatics like Tchaikovsky, Mahler, Wagner.  Also a little bit of 20th century... I'm a Shostakovich nut.  As far os other music,  I like varied hits from the 60's up.  I like the beetles.  I recently had a green day thing going on.  Thanks to my friend Danny K, I'm now a fan of the Aquabats.  I like jazz type hybrids such as squirel nut zippers and such.  I'm fond of musicals like West side Story, Rent, Pippin, and Jesus Christ Superstar. I'm pretty accepting of most types of music but I'm generally not into rap or country.

As for work... I used to work at Abercrombie & Fitch.  Thank God that's over.  Instead of working with talking manquins who have nothing interesting to say, I now work at Friday's as a server.  I love the people I work with so I think I might be there for a while.

Religion:
I was raised catholic and bought it until I was reading Nietzsche one night during my senior year of high school and struck some clearity.  I now consider myself Agnostic.

Friends...

I'd first like to say that I'm sorry if I can't fit them all on here.  I'll list the people that are really close to me excluding boyfriends (oops you didn't know I was gay yet).

Joey:  I don't think I've ever been so close to someone.  Joey always makes me smile.  When I'm down (which is often) he always comes to the rescue.  He is filled with many many many interesting stories.  I wouldn't know how to get along without joey. He's dating Gary who is also a wonderful guy full of talent and hidden energy.

Andy: Well when he's not stealing my food and drinking excessively he's  a wonderful person who is very smart.  There has been no one that has shaped my beliefs in politics and religion more.  He also marched drum corps with me and shared some pain.

Jeremy: A mild mannered artist who has been a good budy since high school.  He's a little off...but that's why I like him.

Spoon:  Last but certainly not least... The closest long distance friend I have.  We marched drum corps together... for those out there that also marched, you know how close these kind of friends can be.  He has always been there when I'm in the dumps.  At Morehead when there was no one to talk to, he was there.  Thank you Chris.

There are plenty more friends... if they are not on here it doesn't mean that I don't care for them as much... it just means I'm tired which makes me forget things that are very obvious.
