Hello, and welcome to my pregnancy bedrest survivors'
page!  My name is Mary Ann McCann, and I am a proud
survivor of two bedrest pregnancies.  I am the author of
Days in Waiting: A Guide to Surviving Pregnancy
Bedrest.  If you are interested in ordering the book, see
the direct link below.

As a pregnancy bedrest "survivor" I knew the need for a
comprehensive book that addressed the many issues and
concerns women have.  My first pregnancy included 22
weeks of complete bedrest at home.  My second
pregnancy bedrest lasted 28 weeks, including an
11-week hospitalization.  At the time, our son Will was
just two years old.

If you, or someone you love is on bedrest, I appreciate
your interest in this book. While there are no "quick
fixes" for bedrest, there are some realistic and practical
ideas that can help women and their families. This book
is intended to help all bedresting women, their spouses,
children, and families and friends.
