The Boy Scouts is an organization of faith because besides providing good values and experience the scouts do a lot of service work. This service, although some is for rank advancement is usually done out of the scouts good will. The scouts are the ones who put the flags out at Jeffeson Barracks cemetary for Memorial Day. Every November the scouts set out bags to collect and pack food to be sent to local shelters and food pantries. If you ever stop and take a look, you will see Eagle Scout projects all over. Sometimes these are adopted highways, trails mulched, and miriads of other projects that surround us.At the right I have placed the 12 points of the Scout law, the Scout Oath, and slogan
