1) Cooking spray! I use it for everything! roasting vegies, in the toasted sandwhich maker, everything! Not only is it point free (for Weight Watchers) but it gives you the crisp you need without the fat!

2) Season-all! or any other herbs and spices for that matter! We used to have a very bland diet but now that we have extracted alot of fat we use tons of herbs and spices and it really makes a HUGE difference and adds NO fat what-so-ever.

3) WATER!!! I drink at least 2.5 to 3 litres every day. Your body needs it! Do you retain fluid? Then drink more water. When you do not drink enough your body hangs on to everything you have. The more you drink the less you retain. I drink it at room temperature and also ice cold. When it is cold your body uses more energy to bring it up to body temperature.

4) Reduced fat cheese. Cheese was my killer. I am a huge cheese buff listing Camberbert and Brie as my favs. I have toned down on these and use Bega So-Light block cheese. It still tastes like cheese but has alot less fat!

5) Get RID OF BUTTER/MARGARINE! I hardly ever use it and honestly don't miss it! I tend to use other things such as Free Mayonnaise, tomato paste and Philidelphia Light Cream Cheese spread instead. Not only do you save on fat but you get a better taste!

6) When you drop a dress size, GET RID OF THE BIGGER SIZE!! Sell them on Ebay for $$$ to buy new clothes! Or donate them to charity. BUT DO NOT KEEP THEM! I mean you are never going to need them again are you? If you keep the bigger sizes chances are you will wear them again because you HAVE to! If you no longer have them then you know you will be naked if you put on too much weight. Trust me this WORKS!! Through all my bad patches I have never needed to go back up in size as I know I don't have any bigger clothes!!
