This web site was created by a collector of banana labels to show the often colorful boxes that bananas are shipped in and to prove that certain labels (brands) are indeed for bananas. Occasionally, in the past, label collectors have questioned whether or not a particular label came off bananas - the proof may be found here. Most of the images have been computer enhanced to correct photo distortion and/or bad lighting, torn, scuffed or bulging boxes, etc. Also, the photo backgrounds were often cluttered with other boxes and/or produce. Only the box panels are shown here, in a flattened format. New boxes will be added on a regular basis. Your photographs of boxes are welcomed and will be used if they show sufficient detail - credit will be given. Here are some guidelines of what's needed.
