1) For some reason, the windows in the Porter/Merritt house always remind me of Halloween.
2) This tree was not there when we were.
3) The sidewalk has been installed only within the last several years. When we were there, there were two large oak trees right on the street at 525.
4) The wrought iron railing is exactly the same as it was...
5) For some reason, I had completely forgotten about the brick work at 513. I certainly cannot imagine a swimming pool in that particular back yard.
6) I could never understand whether or not the south facing glasswork (full length, as I recall) was a window or a door. My sense right now is that it is a window.
7) The oak tree was a bone of contention between me and my father for many years. Some things are better left unsaid.
8) When we were there, the mailbox was on the front porch, just to the left of the front door.
