I have no idea what the above chart (top-most) is all about, outside of the fact that the yellow areas represent a stigmatism. The bottom-most image is my EKG, taken approximately 45 minutes before the actual surgery.
The image below left is the full structural formula of tobramycin, the antibiotic that I took during the healing process. It apparently works best on gram-negative bacteria. The image below right is the full structural formula is of prednisolone acetate, a steroid to keep any swelling down.
