WHY ARE FOLKS WHO HAVE LIVED UNDER LAWSUITS FOR SO DAMN LONG ... so eager to institute yet another one??

PS - If you do go ahead, and I were the type who supports such action, I'd probably have "standing" ... both as one who was gulled by the Browne '96 campaign (even contributed more than a grand I didn't have to various boondoggles ...), and as one who was supporting another candidate (several of them) in 2000.
