Live and let live seems to be the gist of his whole piece. I'd be ecstatic
to have neighbors like him. If I did, I'd probably find it worth the effort
to actually get to know the neighbors.
I agree with every word of what he wrote, except for the part about the
cops shooting and beating people who run. Then again, if everyone was like
him, (and me), the cops wouldn't be chasing so many innocent people.
