even though paul putz probably hates my guts he always tries to be very friendly when he sees at atheist gatherings. usually i tell the putz to get lost and go bother someone else because i dont want to talk to him.
this time before the meeting after putz greeted me with his usuall phony freindlyness i told the putz not to talk to me untill he repaid the $250 he stole from ash to buy insuranse.
putz lied and told me he didnt steal any thing from ash. he told me to check with libby goff the young lady who does the yearly government filing for ash and she would say everyting was legit.
i reminded the putz he was lying and mentiond the e-mail he send to me back just after i had been elected preisdent of ash and monty gaither ( MLGATHEIST@aol.com mgaither@aol.com ) and john pizer (johnpizer@juno.com) asked me if we could use ASH insuranse to cover a protest that american atheists were going to have at the arizona state capital.
putz e-mail said something to the effect that ash never hand any insuranse at any time and didnt plan to get any insuranse. that was before the putz embezzeled $250 from ash and bought a insuranse policy. i suspect he bought the policy because he was afraid i would sue him and linda chapman for violating the ash bylaws.
i love to jokingly call us atheists as "damned atheists". mainly because most christians think that our souls will rot in hell for eternity thus i guess from a christians point of view we truely are "damned atheists".
several years ago when ASH was a large atheist group i suggested that we get publicity and look for members by having a booth at the twice a year street fair called FESITVAL OF THE ARTS and held in downtown tempe by MAMA. and i orgized and ran the event which was successfull in recruiting members and got good response from many poeple who visited our booth.
the only two people who critized me were of course paul putz and linda chapman then both ash board members. linda chapman was very offended because i jokingly used the term "damned atheist" while at the booth. no other ash members execpt linda chapman and paul putz critized my behavior at the ASH MAMA booth. claudia sulliven who was on the board at that time and who was at the booth with me for several hours told me she didnt see anything wrong with my behavior at the booth.
several days before the next tempe festival of arts was too be held paul putz banned me from working at the ash booth. he didnt give any reasons on why i was banned, and when grey staples asked he why i was banned he said a number of people had said i was a bad person but when asked who said what he refused to give out any information.
i then told paul putz that i would sue him if he didnt treat me like all other ash members and allow me to work at the street fair. i think thats when putz bought the 1st ash insuranse policy to cover his but if i sued ash. susan sackett then the ash vice preisdent saved the day and allowed me to work at the street fair.
but back to the american atheist meeting. paul putz said something critical about me because i used the term "damned atheist" at the ash booth four years ago at the ash booth in the tempe festival of arts.
i jumped in and said the only people who complained about me using the term "damned atheist" were linda chapman and paul putz.
then linda came in and said i was evil because i put the putz's social secuity number on the web. i complained that i did that because the putz stole $250 from ash to buy insuranse. i should have also mentioned that the putz stole another $50 from ash to write a hit letter about grey staples which he mailed to all ash members but i forgot.
paul putz in front of the whole group repeated this lie that his purchase of insuranse was legal. and i said a few words that it was not.
i left the american atheist meeting for about 10 minutes and when i came back guess what they were talking about ME. it seem that linda chapman was again saying bad things about me. kevin walsh said she didnt say anything until i left.
this is when things started to fall apart. bart was trying to bring the meeting back to order but i demanded that if linda gets to say bad things about me i get to defend myself. i mentioned the august 1999 HSGP meeting which linda chapman gave the group a talk on how mike was a bad bad evil person. (ask grey if i can put his letter here) several people i know told me that linda said nothing about lies about me in her talk.
i also complained about how linda chapman was going around to atheist groups and them to remove my name from their email lists (this was discovered by my freind bill evans (WEvans6368@aol.com)) . the specific example i used was when she went to susan sacket and asked me to remove my name from the HSGP mailing list. i forgot to mention that linda chapman had my name removed from the ASH e-mail which she maintained long before i was elected president of ash, and even after i was elected president of ash she didnt bother to add me to the e-mail list. it was around this time people started leaving the meeting.
bart was not happy and i dont blame him. it seems that linda, the putz, and me had ruined his american atheist meeting.
after all the people left the meeting it was just me, the putz, linda, bart, and kevin.
it seemed like linda and paul just wanted to tell bart bad things about me.
linda told bart i sell drugs linda told bart i use drugs linda again told bart i was a criminal for putting putz's social security number on the web. linda told everyone that i was a criminal for my larry naman web page the putz told bart i wrote a web page that asked people to kill government officials.
as i have always stated that despite the fact that linda and the putz are assholes and hate mongers they should have every right to be ash members and i guess this flows over to the american atheist group.
SUE LINDA FOR LYING ABOUT ME IN THE COURT SYSTEM. PUTZ ALSO LIED ABOUT ME SAYING I ASKED PEOPLE TO MURDER GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS
PAY BART THE $20 IT COST HIM TO RENT THE ROOM. HE WAS PISSED.
