The Storyline

This a vague outline for this season.  In it a few things are different.  Cyclops is alive, Gambit was never left in Antartica, and the team was split up because of personal differences, and they needed time to themselves. 

            During the first few episodes

The team, after years of solo work, and being away from the X-Men, those who once were in the team have stopped working together.  They have lost their trust in Xavier, and the others.  They must learn to forgive and forget each other before they are able to work as the team.  The reason why the X-Men were brought back?  The teaming up of Sinister, Sabertooth, Toad, Gamesmaster, and Apoclypse.  But they can't defeat them if they do not work together.

     In the middle episodes

The team, learning to forgive, still cannot forget the past and the hard feelings between them.  Although they can work together they can not trust each other, and with the threat of Apoclpse and 'friends' they must learn to trust or die.

In the last episodes

The team, finally beginning to trust each other, is almost ready to face the final battle, which takes place in 2nd to last episode.  They must finally forget the pain and let the friendships they must have be renewed, and strengthen.

~ Jean and Scott are married,
~ Scott and Remy arn't exactly friends,
~ Rogue and Remy are not on best terms
