Alaska & Mat-Su 99s
The Alaska and Mat-Su Chapters of the 99's are offering three flight training scholarships to women. $1,000 for a Female Pilot with Private Pilot Certificate
pursuing an Advanced Rating or Career in aviation, $500 for a Student Pilot with Solo Endorsement pursuing her Private Pilot License and a Private Pilot scholarship donated by Mat-Su Chapter in memory of Ruth M. Jefford. Deadline in June. http://www.geocities.com/ak99s/scholarships.htm
Central Oregon Chapter
$1000.00 to be awarded in two increments of $500.00 each. The second award will be pending a progress review. The award will also include a year's membership to the Central Oregon 99's chapter. Applicants must be a female pilot currently residing in Deschutes, Jefferson, or Crook County. If applicant has not yet received her private pilots license, she must have completed her solo and written exam to be considered for this scholarship. If applicant is already a licensed pilot, she must be working on an advanced or additional rating/license.

Colorado Chapter 99s Scholarship
$1,000 award. Eligibility Requirements: a female residing in Colorado, currently hold a Student Pilot certificate, have already soloed, have logged at least 10 hours of flight time (dual and/or solo) and be taking flight instruction in Colorado. Connecticut 99s Scholarship
Criteria: Female, residing or studying in the State of Connecticut, holding current medical certificate, and planning to make aviation a vocation, or an avocation that will contribute to the 99s mission of encouraging women to enter the world of aviation. Dallas Chapter Scholarships
the Dallas chapter offers two scholarships: a Chapter Scholarship valued at $700 and a Future Woman Pilot (FWP) Scholarship valued from $100 - $300 (depending upon the number of applicants and cost of the checkride). Application requirements include 1) active member within the Dallas chapter for the past six (6) months; 2) minimum of 125 hours logged for the Chapter Scholarship; 3) minimum of cross-country sign-off for FWP Scholarship; 4) current medical and flight review (if applicable). E. New England Chapter 99s Scholarships
ENE scholarships for 2008 are: 1) the Marie Lepore Honorary Scholarship for $1,000, 2) the Karla Carroll Memorial Scholarship for $1,000 (both of these are open to men and women) and 3) the William Bridge Scholarship for $1,000 (open to women with at least their private pilot rating). The New England Section of the Ninety Nines also offers a scholarship memorializing New Hampshire aviatrix Shirley Mahn, who died in 1975 at the controls of her Piper Aztec. Details and applications for this $1,000 scholarship are also available from Olga Mitchell. All scholarships require a New England connection — either a resident of one of the 6 N.E. states, or studying in one. Applications for all four scholarships will be available at the beginning of October; to be eligible, completed applications must be postmarked no later than January 31, 2008.
The William Bridge Scholarship given by the chapter is an endowed scholarship in the amount of $1000 that is available to women pilots from New England who are pursuing advanced ratings in aviation. Eastern Pennsylvania 99s
The two $1,000 Eastern PA Chapter Scholarships are open to women who reside, attend school or are employed in the Greater Delaware Valley, OR who are members of the Eastern Pennsylvania Chapter. Applicants must be at least 16 years of age at the time of application. Application need to be sent before the end of April, and the scholarships are awarded in June.

Florida Spaceport 99s/Walker-Blackwell Scholarship
$1000 for flight training to a woman who has a PPL and is working on an advanced rating or certificate. To be eligible, you must be: at least 18 years old, live or be a permanent resident of FL, GA, NC, SC, AL, MS, LA or TN, have financial need and have a desire to make aviation your career. Kitty Hawk (NC) Chapter Scholarship:
Amount: $1,500.00 scholarship and one year's membership to The Ninety-Nines
Applicant must be: Female and at least 18 years of age, North Carolina resident or student of a North Carolina school & pursuing an aviation goal that includes flight training. Montana 99s Chapter Esther Combes Vance/Vein Vine Scholarship
