I'm writing this now on summer vacation, so I have a lot more time and am a lot more bored. I'll be writing stories a lot, though I'm not so up to posting them on here, though I may just try to force myself to at some point. Until then just take my word for it that I do write, and thus have some actual stories.
I was born & raised in Central California, born in Fresno, and raised in a little town near it called Kingsburg. It sucked, and I don't want to talk about it cause then I'll sound whiney. I was born March 18, 1981, Pisces III. I'm a full-time student at UCSC, majoring in Modern Lit/Creative Writing, and minoring in Film & Digital Media. I work full time at a costume shop in Santa Cruz.
When I'm not doing those things, I'm usually either sleeping (though I have pretty bad insomnia, from which this website has risen from), or hanging out with my friends. I live with three people: Tara, Jesse, and Matt, who are also all my friends. I like doing a lot of things, too many to put down here but mostly just hanging out and doing new things/going to new places whenever possible. Since school's ended and I've moved into a new house, I've been trying to get more into a few things... namely cooking more often (and learning new fun veggie recipes) and playing bass guitar, which I used to do regularly but have been lazy the past couple years. I'd also like to start making more visual art, since I've been lazy about that too and we now have a garage my housemates and I agree needs to be turned into an art studio. Plastic tarps and quarts of paint must be purchased soon. Other than that I'm working on two screenplays I hope to film this summer, but I've been unmotivated in the film department lately and have been more interested in the purely written story (more control, what can I say). I'm glad I no longer have television though, cause I don't like it and it wastes too much time, but I always end up watching it anyways if I have it.
So hooray! That's my life at the moment, though it could all change at any given point.
