Prologue
A warm Mississippi breeze blew the morning clouds away, setting up for a perfectly gorgeous afternoon. Dee stretched, rubbed her lower back and sat down on a chaise lounge near the swimming pool. She smiled as one of the Kirkpatricks went racing past. Following in hot pursuit were three of the Basses, two of the Fatones, both Chasez's and the one and only Timberlake child. Dee looked across the Bass family's vast backyard and sighed. She was momentarily overcome with emotion by the scene of an extended family of nearly 50 people gathered for the NSync reunion. It had been ten years since the last major tour, Pop Odyssey, and seven years since the members had officially gone their separate professional ways. The members of NSync and their families were gathered at Lance and Melanie Bass's home in Mississippi to relax before heading down to Orlando to rehearse for a reunion concert to benefit their charity, Challenge For the Children. Joey and Deirdre Fatone lived next door to the Bass's, which came in handy when having to house this many people and throw a big party on top of it! The older kids were having a blast sleeping in tents pitched in the Fatone's backyard. The parents enjoyed the peace and quiet inside! It gave them time to reminisce and think back on all the memories they'd come to cherish…….
