Online Strategies for Military Cadets

Abstract

This paper analyses the importance of online strategies to train an elite group of cadets at the National Defence University Malaysia (NDUM). Because of the nature of their future vocation, the cadets are required to undergo training partially using online strategies. These strategies could be extended to all academic programmes at the university; online learning has a great deal of potential to help cadets learn effectively.
