THOUGHTS OF YEARS TOGETHER

As I start the pages of this book
Let us both take a backward look,
The two of us together hand in hand
Leaving our footprints in the sand.


I know the Lord has been beside us
Gently guiding, in life's busy rush,
Two of His children onward to see
His face in full felicity.


I know He helped us on the way
As we have helped each other day by day,
He see's his wonderful gospel plan
"Love one another" just as the world began.


In our joys and sorrows too
We have managed to pull through,
Tried to live God's holy law
So that we can live with Him once more.
