JOIN THE FOLD.
Come into the safety of my fold,
Begged the kindly shepherd
To lambs and sheep, young and old.
Come and be protected by my arms.

Some listened and were safe and sure
In the shelter of the fold.
Listening to His gentle words so pure,
Found at last love forever more.

But what of those who cannot hear
Who know nothing of the fold?
They are lost and wandering full of fear,
Not knowing of His great love.

Feed my sheep and lambs He cries,
Find those who have gone astray,
Seek out those who know Me not,
Please show them the right way.

I’m thankful for the shelter of the fold.
For a kind and loving shepherd,
But now I must be brave and bold
To find those lost, as payment for His love.

One of my most favourite pictures on the wall
Is the one of my Saviour carrying a lamb,
I will be His under shepherd, seek for all
Who will listen, and join the happy throng.
