NEED FOR DEDICATION
Who gives us life, who leads us to heaven above
Who is the essence of all goodness and sweet love?
Our dear God and His precious son who died for all,
So we need dedication for we are saved from the fall.
You can call it addiction if you like, I’ll serve where I can,
Follow every day the commandments, follow His plan,
Have in my willing heart a constant grateful prayer,
Realize He is my spirit Father who loves all with care.
Dedicate my whole life the very best way I can
By being a good neighbour, by loving every man,
Serving with a smile, as I strive to do a good deed,
In my small way find those who are in need.
May I stretch out my hand in love who don’t know,
The need of reliance on the Lord, and to Him show
The strength and power within me comes from above,
And every breath I take is because of His great love.
