DELETE KEY
On every computer keyboard is a button that says. ‘Delete,’
For we all make mistakes so this little button is a treat,
It obliterates the errors as we work hard in this or that,
So we can present our work as perfect, that’s a fact.
We too have a delete key that we can use in the same way,
And we can all use it at the end of every busy day,
It is called the repenting key, a key within each heart,
And we can wipe away our sins, if we do our small part.
If we are sorry, try our very best not to do that thing again,
The repenting button will work, be free from sin’s pain.
Next time you are on a computer and have to use the delete key,
Remember our own delete key and from sin and evil be set free.
