MODESTY
Many things come to mind when one thinks of modesty.
A modest person is not pretentious or pushy in any way,
They always dress in a manner that is pleasing to the eye
Never would be provocative or rude to those who pass by.
A modest person is usually humble, would never show off,
Never want to put anyone down, or at others ever scoff,
Restrained in the language they use, therefore rather appealing,
Without too much soft breast or sweet thigh ever reveling.
Decorous in manner and conduct, avoiding all indecency,
A modest person would never dress to cause impropriety
To flare up in another, modesty is restrained in every way,
Modesty is in control of self and tries to shun evil all the day.
So I implore that sweet modesty be every ones aim every day,
No more tight pants, split skirts that go up most of the way,
No more tops that separate and show flesh tween skirt and top
If you like the way men look at you, please hurry up and stop.
For you may be in fashion, but what message do you send?
I am easy, take a look, there is more, on that you can depend.
For that it what the message reads if you ignore sweet modesty
And life will be so much easier if you live as modest as can be.
