SMILEY FACE TIE
My husband owns a smiley face tie,
When worn it catches everyone’s eye,
It causes a nod and many a quick smile
May cheer someone along a dark mile.

Lots of smiley faces laughing at you
Cheers people up through and through,
I think every man should have a smiley tie
It cheers many folks up as you saunter by.

Maybe it will encourage more men to wear
Nice clean shirts and smiley ties out there,
Instead of grubby, baggy tee shirts that show
Bear middles, sweat marks when out they go.

Maybe they don’t care that they look a mess
But to me it is not very pleasant I must confess,
Free agency is fine but do they look in a mirror
If they were to do so they might just die of fear.

I don’t mean men to suffer summer through
To wear shirts and ties, a nice golf shirt new,
Or a tee shirt that fits and at least is fairly clean
Then the men would be again fir to be seen.
