TUCKED UP COSY AND WARM
When you are tucked up all cosy and warm,
Safe in your home free from all harm,
Its almost pleasant to hear the wind howl and blow
And you dont care that it might be forty below.
Thats when I like a fire to glow warm and bright,
The curtains drawn closing out the dark of night,
A large mug of hot chocolate held in my hands
And dream of summer, make holiday plans.
A home is precious, but more valuable than just walls,
Its a feeling that when you are away it sweetly calls,
It is the love that is shared, by the side of the warm fire
That really warms the heart, something that all desire.
