LOVELY FLOWERS
They grow along the hedgerows and in fields as well,
Also in cultivated gardens many of the flowers dwell,
They come in many colours, grow to be quite tall,
And because of their fragrance many bees do call.
These treasured flowers are lupins, Id like to see
Maybe by next year in our garden some may be,
I could not buy a seedling as a new baby plant,
So I will hope nature, me, some seeds will grant.
They would be glorious if in our front garden seen
But only by a few but their fragrance will still be keen,
Multi-coloured clusters to brighten up each day
It would be good to have some lupins come our way.
