        A TIDY KITCHEN
I love a tidy kitchen all clean and spic and span
And I try and keep it that way if I possibly can,
The sides clear the table polished stove like new
The floor swept and clean what more is there to do.

You go out to shop or drive somewhere around
When you return and the kitchen is still found
All neat and tidy that is until you need to eat
And no longer a tidy neat kitchen does greet

Once again it’s a mess how many times a day
Do we have to tidy the kitchen or let it stay
In a mess and just do it every now and then
And roll along in a mess like an old pig pen.

Lets eat out for a week so tidy the place will stay
But even a snack will send crumbs and mess it’s way
At the moment the sides are clear, no dishes in the sink,
Ooh’s that not right someone has just had a drink.

That’s not too bad just one class a plate knife as wll
And crumbs upon the floor once more now dwell,
The cat food has scattered when they had a cat fit
And I just gaze in horror whilst in the mess I set.
