There are some Email names that make you smile,
Others just the family name and some full of guile,
But this one before me paints a picture that’s for sure,
Someone neat and tidy ready to go through the door.
Someone active and helpful waiting to do a good deed,
Never sleeps in or lazes around, wanting to meet a need,
Even if down in the dumps that attitude will always be
Come on snap out of it don’t sit in your own misery.

And the picture of a poem that came readily to sight,
