FOR OUR BISHOPRIC
There are four honest working men who serve so well bar none.
Their names just happen to be Duane, Matt, Alfred and John,
They are our wonderful Bishopric that we all know so well,
And I want to say thank you and of true affection kindly tell.
Now as the Bishop’s wife I know how very hard they work,
And I really do appreciate that the others do not ever shirk,
All of them are different but seem to be bound as just one,
And the new Mahoney ward is getting many things done.
The members are transient with students and many a family
Trying to settle somewhere, we are a step stone ward you see,
Many a miracle you can see as the Lord’s works they all do,
The love of all people seems to fill my husband right through.
God bless this ward for the support it shows to all those w ho serve,
This wonderful Bishopric need all the support and they all deserve
Our thanks and appreciation for all they do to help each of us grow,
So tell us by work and action our true love and caring always show.
